www.spacetobreathe.org.uk was designed and produced by the Health Promotion Agency for Northern Ireland (HPA), whose responsibilities have transferred to the Public Health Agency (PHA). The site was produced on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) in support of the Northern Ireland smoke-free legislation. It aims to inform businesses, organisations and individuals throughout Northern Ireland of their rights and responsibilities under the new smoke-free legislation.
